We pay special attention to protection of your personal data and privacy. We therefore naturally comply with the provisions of the Data Protection Act (BDSG) and other relevant laws and regulations intended to protect your privacy. These laws are meant to safeguard the personal rights of individuals whose personal data are in circulation. Because you also have a right to know how we handle personal data, we are hereby informing you about some important technical aspects and - in accordance with § 4 ff BDSG - our procedures in dealing with your data.

Of course, you can at any time revoke usage of the data you entrusted to us, provided that the data are no longer required for performing contractual transactions. However, revocation is usually not necessary because we automatically delete your personal data in accordance with statutory requirements once they no longer are needed as part of our contractual agreement.

Needless to say, MAQUET will gladly fulfil all requests for information concerning processing, supplementation or correction of personal data. If you have questions or comments about MAQUET's data privacy policies, kindly contact our data protection officer.
