This foundation in terms of competence and production has allowed us to develop purposefully. Beyond the production of pure metal components, we are now also capable of assembling medical devices as a contract manufacturer for customers in the medical industry. At our newly built production facility, complete medical devices are assembled according to the "one piece flow" principle and the guidelines of DIN EN ISO 13485 regarding medical devices. MEDIKOMP is not only certified according to this standard but also compliant with the requirements of GMP 21CFR820.

In addition to new manufacturing and assembly facilities, we have further developed our supply chains and logistics. A wide variety of new parts can be procured and input into the assembly process. Moreover, we perform test scheduling and documentation as new aspects of quality management. Our enhanced engineering know-how convinces as a feature of product support.

The Salvagnini L2 represents a new generation of 2D laser cutting systems. This facility offers excellent dynamics for flexible processing of thin sheet metal. The employed Rofin laser source produces a high-quality, effective laser beam which achieves higher rates than conventional emitters at the same power level.
